Omphemetse Chimbombi holds over 21 years work experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Audit and Taxation, 10 of which were spent at Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS) on tax auditing. Five (5) of the years at BURS were spent on Transfer Pricing auditing of Large Taxpayers and training others in Transfer Pricing through workshops.

Her experience includes 1 year as a Tax Manager at one of the Big Four Firms in Botswana where she facilitated in client seminars and workshops on Transfer Pricing.

While at BURS, she got an accreditation as a basic Transfer Pricing Trainer by the partnership between the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF).

Mrs Chimbombi holds a Master of Finance and Control (MFC) from Amity University, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Botswana and an Advanced Taxation Course from Botswana Accountancy College.

She started private consultancy and training for Multinational companies in 2019 to date. She also runs Botswana Qualifications Authority, (BQA) accredited short courses and seminars in Transfer Pricing.

Introduction to Transfer Pricing and Botswana TP Legislation, Transfer Pricing in Intra-Group Services, Transfer Pricing in Financial Institutions and Transfer Pricing in Mining Companies.
